Science Stories: A Collaboration of Book Artists and Scientists

Friday, October 15th, 2021 - Friday, January 14th, 2022

Science Stories is a unique project that brings together Pacific Northwest scientists and book artists to create engaging and unique artists’ books that offer new ways to interpret science and to tell a story.  We have divided the Science Stories projects into broad topics: water, ice, mountains, flora, fauna, and human health.

The website includes videos about each scientists’ research as well as information, images, and videos about each artist’s book project.

In March 2022, the exhibition will travel to the Port Angeles Fine Arts Center and in the fall of 2022, it will travel to Whitman College in Walla Walla.
