Magicana of the Golden Age

Potter & Potter Auctions: Our June offering of magicana is replete with relics from the "golden age" of the art and beyond. From Houdini-owned handcuffs and signed photographs of the legendary escape artist and his family, to Victorian magic ephemera and apparatus and beyond (props used by Tommy Cooper, Owen Clark, and Robert Harbin), the auction will present a closely-curated selection of choice objects. Rare posters, cabinet cards, and conjuring books will also cross the block, along with newly uncovered ephemera from the lives and careers of the legendary Davenport Brothers.
