Bath Book Fair Returns

Bath Book Fair returns to Bath Pavilion later this week co-hosted by the Provincial Booksellers Fairs Association and the Antiquarian Booksellers' Association.

The two-day event will run July 31-August 1, hosting around 70 accredited PBFA and ABA dealers from across the UK, and a wide range of first editions, fine bindings, maps, postcards, curios, and ephemera. 

"The book trade is seeing an unprecedented interest from new and younger collectors," said fair organiser Dan Ahern. "For aspiring collectors, the Bath Book Fair is the perfect place to meet members of the trade, take advantage of dealers’ expertise, and browse dozens of bookshops under one roof. Both new and established bibliophiles are encouraged to meet and chat with dealers at the fair. 

“The annual Bath Book Fair is the largest of its kind in the South of England. This year's exhibitors will be displaying thousands of second-hand, rare and collectable books to appeal to all pockets. Whether you're looking for that special first edition of a classic work of literature, or a favourite book from childhood, Bath Pavilion is the place to be on the final weekend of July.”

Bath Book Fair will be open 12 noon until 6pm on July 31, and 10am until 4pm on August 1 at Bath Pavilion, North Parade Road, Bathwick, Bath, BA2 4EU.
