2025 Boston International Antiquarian Book Fair

The Boston International Antiquarian Book Fair will return to the Hynes Convention Center in Boston’s Back Bay, running November 6-8, 2026.

Sanctioned by the Antiquarian Booksellers’ Association of America and the International League of Antiquarian Booksellers, the three-day event will welcome 110 rare book dealers from the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Serbia, Switzerland, the UK, as wel as 24 U.S. states.

“Antique books are hip again!" said Julie Roper, CEO of Capricorn Event Management who has managed the Fair since 2015. "Rare book collecting is booming as young people raised in the digital age seek tangible connections to the past, drawing everyone from rare book connoisseurs to new audiences intrigued by the power of the printed word and image."

For those wanting to start a collection, there will be dealers offering 'Discovery' items priced $100 or less.

The fair runs November 6, 4pm-8pm ($25 ticket valid all three days), November 7, 12pm-7pm ($15 ticket valid all weekend), and November 8, 11am-4pm ($10 ticket valid Sunday only). There is free admission for students, children 12 and under, and librarians, curators, and related non-profit cultural institution workers who register in advance with a valid organizational email address.
