Dallas, TX – Two lots from the most famous vampire movie ever made emerged as the two most expensive lobby cards ever sold and claimed the top two results in Heritage Auctions’ Movie Posters Auction July 27-28 in Dallas, Texas. The sale totaled $1,975,550 and boasted stellar sell-through rates of 98.7% by value and 96.7% by lots sold.

After the hammer fell for the last time, 65 lots realized between $500-999; 21 lots made between $1,000-1,999; and 11 lots broke the $2,000 barrier. Titled Coming Soon: Film Posters from the Dwight M. Cleveland Collection, the exhibition includes more than 200 posters representing comedies, musicals, Westerns, sci-fi thrillers, dramas, and others that date from the turn of the 20th century to the late 1980s.
